Mike Steeves, ice technician at the Beaver Curling Club, inspects a newly-refurbished curling stone. All 80 stones at the club were re-profiled to new specifications at the Canadian Curling Stone Co. in London, Ont. with complimentary transportation provided by Midland Transport. The Beaver will host the Atlantic Curling Tour on Nov. 22-25. Some of the best teams in Atlantic Canada, including current New Brunswick champions Paul Dobson and Sandy Comeau, will be in the field.
